​Mardi What?

 

​How it all began...

​

The Mardi Bunch came to be when one Tuesday early in the 21st century, the alignment of two distant singularities caused a rift in the space-time continuum.



​No, seriously now.

​

​The Mardi Bunch is a filmmaking collective that started in February 2012. We wanted to make films that we wanted to make, collaborate with other talented people, for the love of films and filmmaking itself! Meeting every Tuesday, we hence tagged ourselves the Mardis. 



Last year we shot four films in three months. This year we plan to spend more time on development whilst we decide what to shoot next--more short films, a web series, spec ads, music video or art and music collaboration.
